Licensing
- Licence model
- A usage licence (concurrent model) can be purchased for the software (for a minimum of 12 months).
- Concurrent user licence
- One copy of the application can be installed on several devices. Only as many instances as there are concurrent user licences can be used at the same time.
To verify the licence, the software regularly connects to the PriorizR server over the internet.
Installation
- Initial installation
- The software application is installed on the customer’s device via a setup file (file format: EXE/.exe).
- Configuration
- The configuration is carried out by famado GmbH in coordination with the customer.
- Set-up phase
- Set-up is considered complete when famado GmbH sends the customer a notice of completion.
Maintenance & support
- Maintenance contract
- The maintenance contract takes effect when the customer signs the notice of completion.
Until then, the usual hourly rates for consulting and technical support apply. - Support
- Telephone or e-mail support is offered during the separately agreed service hours.
Data protection & security
- Data processing
- Personal data is processed by the software locally on the respective customer devices.
Only technically necessary data for validating the usage licence (concurrent user) and for collecting anonymous usage statistics is transmitted over the internet connection to the PriorizR server. - Security
- As the software runs locally on the devices (no cloud solution), the customer is responsible for the security of their own IT system.
- User and access rights
- Access rights to the data processed by the software (XLS files) can be controlled by the customer via their internal access management.
